Co-OwnerEl Comalito Criollo is a family-owned restaurant run by sisters Ayesha and Ashley. Every pupusa is hand-formed and griddled to order, the curtido is made fresh, and every recipe is made with love.
"Comalito" is the little griddle our food never leaves. "Criollo" is everything that makes it ours — Salvadoran first, made with recipes passed down through our family for generations.
